Prayer Never Expires

Do you love her?
In all conditions of live
Rich and poor
Healthy or sick
Till death separated you and her?
Witness by audiences and God
The oath is pronounced before the blessing
"Yes, I do" was my answer

An anxious father waited restlessly
Outside the room
A little girl cried her first "voice"
First one arrived
Added into the family
Filling the loneliness of a waited mother
A joyful moment for grandparents

Years of waiting
A baby boy is the hoping
The fourth still as the first
All are cute and beautiful
Except not as the planning
Prayer, keeps on asking
Knock, the door will be opened
Ask and you'll be given

He answers prayer
He gives what you need
His time is not your time
Patience is what He wants

As for me
This is my testimony
A boy was given to me
The fifth in my family
That makes me so happy
He answers me
What I want, He gives me
So...prayer never expires

Fortunate in Misfortune

My journey begins by ship
Across the wide ocean
As wide as the sea of Mediterranean
To a far distant island
As far as the island of Malta
When my ship wreckage
Beaten by the gigantic sea waves
Thrown the crews into the deep ocean

I was fortunate
Surrounded by the fierce creature
Dangerous sharks gave no chance
I was preserved to be safe and sound
Swept away to reach the shore
To an unknown island of Malta

Were cold in the frozen ocean
The islanders built fire for sure
With firewood brought by the ocean
To give us heat and make us warm
I was unfortunate to be beaten
A sea snake there in the hidden
Waiting me to die by the poison
Fortunate in the misfortune
The poison neutralized and gone

I am but a lone ranger
Unmarried for I prefer
Serving Him whom I fear
The Almighty, my savior
Now I am fortunate

'U' -Turn

I was born in a family
The chosen of the twelve to put aside
To bring forward the covenant for generations
To be leader about sacred matter
Now I'm a teenager
Well verse in top sacred matter
For I was trained to be a teacher

One day we caught a youngster
I was top leader to do the torture
To throw stones at the brother
To the point of death, he breath his last
I felt proud for that matter
Struggling for another time of murder
On a bullockart I was travelling to the town
Searching for culprit who went into the synagogue
When all of a sudden someone called out my name
"Who are you, lord" I enquired
"I am the brother whom you torture" was his answer

In fear I began to wonder
Looked up to see whose voice was there
Instantly the sky turned pitch darkness
For days I never taste any food and drinks
Groping in darkness, someone lead me to a leader
Who treated me with prayer
A fish scale, it felt, removed from my eyes
The day turned bright straight away

Without any delay
I took a 'U'-turn that very day
A turning point from my old way
To start a new life in a new way
Now I begin to preach and pray
To my people and the gentiles overthere
That's how I start my new day

You and I

You and I are but a piece of clay
Created by God's own hand
Blew the breath of life
Now you and I are living being

Planted in the Garden of Eden
To be master over all the beasts
To inherit the world
But... You and I are arrogant

There came the sly serpent
The father of all liars
Persuading the woman in her loneliness
To accept the offer to be same as her God

You and are arrogant
Who want to be boss of the universe
To possess power just like the Creator
Unconscious of the fact
That you and I are just a piece of clay

Think of this
You and I are struggling to be boss
To have power over each other
Through influencing speeches or powerful weapons
Because you and I are arrogant
Not realizing that YOU and I are but a PIECE OF CLAY
Created in God's own image
To love and to be loved
JUST AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF
